Administrative Assistant – Training

Network is looking for a new admin assistant for our training team. Have you been working in OOSH and feel the need for a change? We’d love to have someone who has knowledge of the OOSH sector and is interested in joining our vibrant team.

The main duties of the position are:

  • Preparation of course information and training material
  • Data entry and running reports from Filemaker Pro
  • Maintaining filing systems
  • Handling phone enquiries regarding course bookings
  • Liaising with trainers regarding sessions
  • Assisting with setting up catering, preparation and clearing up courses
  • Maintaining accurate financial records (including cheque requisitions and cash advances)
  • General administration duties

Selection Criteria:

  • Demonstrated organisational skills
  • General administration experience
  • Computer literacy, including Excel
  • Experience using Filemaker Pro or other database systems
  • Ability to work as a member of Network’s team

The position is 35 hours/5 days per week.

Award: Clerical and Administration (NAPSA) Grade 5.
