Organisational Structure Network is Incorporated as a Company Limited by Guarantee and has a Management Committee elected by members each year at the Annual General Meeting. There is also a sub-committee known as "The OOSH Reference Group", consisting of service providers and council representatives, that meets bi-monthly to discuss and act on issues related to OOSH services. Membership is open to not-for-profit organisations and individuals who support Network’s objectives. There are approximately 700 members.

Robyn Monro Miller
Robyn's experience in school age care provision runs across local government, parent incorporated committees, P & C sponsored services, and TAFE both as a practitioner, manager and as a parent user. With qualifications in primary education, management, training and workplace assessment and children's services she is a frequent guest speaker at conferences and seminars for practitioners and parents across Australia and internationally as well as a spokesperson on children's issues in the National media. Robyn has represented the School age care sector at a State and National level for the past 15 years as Chair of the National Out of School Hours Services Association (NOSHSA), delegate to the National Children’s Services Forum (NCSF), NSW Children's Services Forum, NSW Industry Liaison forum, Vice President of Contact Inc for Remote and Isolated Families and serving on the National committee of the Active After School Care program. Her advocacy has included presentations at a number of Government Enquiries and through representation on key Australian Government Advisory Councils since 1996. Highlights of these being her work on the development of the first National Quality Assurance system for Out of School Hours Services in Australia and Chairing the Inclusion Sub Committee for the Commonwealth Child Care Advisory Council and it’s report to the Commonwealth Government ‘Child Care beyond 2001’ . Robyn’s work has been recognised at a number of levels with the presentation of a South Sydney Council Community Achievement Award, a NSW Children’s Week Award, and the awarding of a Commonwealth Government Centenary Medal for services to Australian Child Care. An Alumni of the NSW Benevolent Society's "Sydney Leadership" program and a member of the International Play Association, Robyn is committed to social inclusion and children's rights. Adult Education Coordinator Katherine Newton
The Adult Education Team's work includes delivery of in-service, accredited and customised training to OSHC services, producing training calendars twice a year. The team is also responsible for management of the Certificate IV and Diploma of Out of School Hours Care both in workplace recognition and traineeship pathways. Katherine was previously a Director of an Out of School Hours Service for 11 years and has worked in TAFE NSW as Course Coordinator of the Out of School Hours Care Diploma. Her long association with Network began in 1999 as a Fieldworker and a casual trainer and was Coordinator of the 2001 Network Conference. She is a Board member on the NSW Community Services and Health Industry Training and Advisory Board and represents Network on the NSW Child Protection Learning and Development Forum and the Industry Reference Group for the Community Services Training Package Review.
OOSH Development Coordinator Pauline O'Kane
She is the editor of OOSH Update – Networks quarterly newsletter to services updating them on current issues, and has also developed a number of fact sheets and online resources. Pauline joined Network in January 1993 after migrating from England where she was a Playworker in a neighbourhood centre and working with local government to improve play opportunities for children in their time out of school With qualifications in Social Ecology, Pauline represents Network on the Better Futures Advisory Group.
